Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: 9/16/26

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of programs, digital products, and one-time services.

By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.

1. Products and Services

Offerings may include, but are not limited to:

Digital products and downloadable materials

Educational programs or courses

Workshops, trainings, or live sessions

One-time services, implementations, or consulting

All products and services are delivered digitally, remotely, or as otherwise described at the time of purchase. Specific details, scope, and deliverables are outlined on the sales page or checkout page for each offering.

2. Payments and Authorization

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered and selected at checkout.

By completing your purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method for the total amount, including any applicable taxes or fees. You are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate and up to date.

Failure to complete payment may result in denial of access to the purchased product or service.

3. No Refunds or Cancellations

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.

Because digital products are delivered immediately and services may involve reserved time, preparation, or access to proprietary materials, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are not provided.

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback may result in immediate loss of access to purchased materials or services and may restrict future purchases.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically via download, email, or access instructions following successful payment.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary technology, software, and internet access to receive and use digital content. Access issues caused by user error, incompatible devices, or technical limitations do not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. One-Time Services and Scheduling

For services that include scheduled time or live delivery:

You are responsible for attending at the scheduled time

Missed or late sessions may be forfeited without refund

Rescheduling is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated

Unused services are non-refundable

Preparation time, availability, and scheduling are reserved upon purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including but not limited to text, videos, templates, graphics, recordings, and downloads, are protected intellectual property.

Your purchase grants a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or internal business use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any materials without prior written permission.

7. Educational Disclaimer

Programs, products, and services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

No guarantees are made regarding results, outcomes, income, performance, or success. Any examples or illustrations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute promises or assurances.

8. Coaching Disclaimer

Your coaching, educational materials, assessments, workshops, digital products, and programs are intended for educational, personal growth, and coaching purposes only.

They are not psychotherapy, psychological counseling, mental health treatment, medical care, crisis intervention, or legal advice.

Participation in coaching does not establish a therapist-client, counselor-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, or other licensed professional relationship.

If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, suicidal thoughts, domestic violence, abuse, or any mental health emergency, you should immediately contact appropriate emergency services or a licensed mental health professional.

9. Assessment Disclaimer

Relationship assessments, quizzes, checklists, questionnaires, and scoring tools are educational self-reflection tools only.

They are not psychological tests, diagnostic instruments, or clinical evaluations.

Scores should not be interpreted as determining whether abuse exists or whether any relationship should continue or end.

10. Emotional Content

Participation may involve reflection on difficult experiences, emotions, or relationships.

You acknowledge that emotional discomfort may occur during this process and accept responsibility for your own emotional well-being while participating.

11. No Medical or Mental Health Advice

Nothing contained within this website, coaching program, assessment, workbook, videos, emails, or other materials constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice.

Information is intended solely for educational purposes and should never replace diagnosis or treatment from qualified healthcare professionals.

Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate medical, mental health, or legal professionals whenever necessary.

12. Personal Responsibility

You remain solely responsible for every decision you make regarding your relationships, marriage, family, finances, safety, employment, or legal matters.

The purpose of coaching is to provide education, self-reflection, and support—not to direct, instruct, or make personal decisions on your behalf.

Any decisions you make before, during, or after participation are your own.

13. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that your results depend on your own actions, decisions, and implementation.

You assume full responsibility for the use of any information, tools, or services provided and agree that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

14. Coaching Confidentiality

We respect the sensitive nature of the topics discussed in our coaching programs and strive to maintain the confidentiality of information shared during coaching sessions. However, coaching is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, or medical treatment, and communications are not protected by therapist-client, attorney-client, or physician-patient privilege. Information will only be disclosed if required by law, with your written permission, or as reasonably necessary to provide our services.

15. Recording

Live trainings, workshops, and group coaching sessions may be recorded for educational purposes.

By participating, you consent to such recordings.

If you prefer not to appear on recordings, you may keep your camera off and use an alternate display name when appropriate.

16. Respectful Conduct

Participants agree to communicate respectfully and refrain from harassment, abusive language, discrimination, threats, or disruption of community discussions.

The Company reserves the right to remove participants from any group, membership, or live event without refund if behavior becomes harmful to other participants.

17. Testimonials

Testimonials represent individual experiences and are shared with permission.

Individual results vary.

Testimonials are not intended to guarantee or predict outcomes for future participants.

18. Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Information you provide through this website, including when purchasing products, registering for programs, completing assessments, subscribing to our email list, or contacting us, will be used solely to provide our services, process transactions, communicate with you, and improve your experience. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist in operating our business, such as payment processors, email platforms, or scheduling software, as necessary to provide our services. By using this website, you also agree to our separate Privacy Policy, which explains in greater detail how your information is collected, used, stored, and protected.

19. Artificial Intelligence

We may use secure technology tools, including artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted software, to support or enhance administrative, educational, and business operations. All content is reviewed before publication but is approved for educational purposes only. We do not use AI to make decisions about you or to replace professional judgment in coaching. Information is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and only as necessary to provide our services.

20. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links may be affiliate links.

If purchases are made through those links, the Company may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable product or service.

Under no circumstances shall the provider be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the purchase or use of products or services.

22. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the provider from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the products or services or violation of these Terms.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

24. Related Agreements

If your purchase includes access to a website area, client portal, account, or ongoing system, use of that access is governed separately by the applicable Terms of Service.

25. Copyright

No portion of the She’s Still In There™, Relationship Clarity Assessment™, The Relationship Clarity Blueprint™, Becoming You Again™, worksheets, journals, coaching materials, videos, graphics, exercises, or proprietary methods may be copied, reproduced, modified, translated, distributed, or incorporated into another program without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

26. Crisis Situations

Coaching is not appropriate for crisis intervention.

If you believe you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or your local domestic violence resources immediately.

The provider cannot provide emergency response, crisis counseling, or immediate intervention.
