I help women in unhealthy relationships find themselves again, reclaim their voice, and create a happier life, without losing more years waiting for things to change.

Hi, I’m Lorri. I understand that feeling because I was that woman.

For years I moved from one unhealthy relationship pattern to another. I spent so much time trying to make the people I loved happy that somewhere along the way, I lost myself. I knew what everyone else liked. But if you had asked me, “Lorri, what do you want?” I’m not sure I could have answered.

What changed? Eventually the question changed. It went from “How do I make this relationship work?” to “What do I want my life to look like?”

I realized I could spend years trying to change another person, or I could begin changing the one life I actually have some control over: my own.

I found myself again. And now I want to help other women do this in much less time than I did. I’ve spent 15 years helping women recognize healthy and unhealthy relationship patterns, break cycles they may have lived with for years, and shift the focus from “How do I fix this?” to “What do I need?”

This journey isn’t about your spouse. It isn’t about staying or leaving. It’s about you.
